Hello all:
I just finished my CELTA in NYC, and I want to go ahead and fly down to Costa Rica to look for jobs (as everyone on these forums says is best to do). However, it may be another 10 weeks before I get my official certificate in the mail. I don't want to wait that long before being able to find work! Is it possible to find work at a good school with only my temporary/provisional CELTA letter? I could get a copy of the official one e-mailed to me and printed out as soon as it arrived.

| You'll probably be able to find a job with no cert at all but you'll need to be here in person to apply. |
