| Has anyone taught ESL in Joao Pessoa? If so, at which school? What was your teaching experience like? Do you know of any other schools in Joao Pessoa? Are there any private language schools there? Did you like living there? I hear Joao Pessoa is a little dangerous. Does that mean to just be alert or is it more dangerous than that? Any information will be helpful. Thank you. |

There are not many opportunites in Joao Pessoa but there are private institutes like Cultura Inglesa etc and some Universities to get private students. Not many foreigners in Joao Pessoa. More tourism in other cities.
Joao Pessoa is IMHO even safter than Natal. Some people have said it is boring but it has forro, great food and a great urban beach in praia cabo branco. Your biggest problem is the strength of the real. |
