Well folks, I posted my resume yesterday in the area for posting, and it has not come through today. I am wondering if the system has changed from the old one, in which all resumes came through a few hours later?

Is there a selective process now in posting resumes? Only some go through, and other are discarded?

If that is the case, it is a pity, because it will make my job search harder.

I know of no delay feature in posting of resumes. It may have been some sort of board error. Why don't you try it again and see what happens? Good luck.
