My post isn't really related to teaching in Prague, though I am an English teacher so mods, please have mercy. I'm visiting Prague for a week next month and I'm trying to figure out cool places to visit, eat, chill, drink and hang out. I'm trying to avoid Lonely Planet places and people if you know what I mean. Any suggestions, or a website for expats there? Cheers. |

Expats.cz or Prague.tv are your best bets |

don't be scared to check around the corner. that's where most of the good places are hiding. locals-only - let the lazy tourists hit the obvious places and over-spend there. |
