Perhaps in the run up to the World Cup (2014) or the Olympics (2016). I was just in Brazil and the standard of English is woeful, especially in Rio given that it is such a huge tourist destination. Was so frustrating to be told that there are many teaching jobs but no chance of getting a visa... |

Would be nice, but they got 200 million underemployed people and a country that due to speaking Portuguese and being so large is arguably a little bit more inward looking that those countries where a large majority think of making it to the US/Canada/Europe as a way out.
That said, loads of Brazilians heading abroad, mas siempre mais ou menos os ricos... |
