$9-10 an hour. The same as it was in 2000. |

Also, don't expect anything else (e.g. accommodation, insurance, paid vacations, etc.) Go to another country if you want to save money. You might start breaking even after a few months if you get enough classes in Cambo. |

US $. A newb will generally start at $10. There is a 10% tax so really you get $9 after taxes. Hours are not guaranteed, no vaca, no extras of any kind. There are two very good international schools: ACE being one of them and another which the name escapes me right now but if you have 2+ years experience, some connections, and are a solid teacher you can earn $15-20 at those schools. |
