I have a job offer for Intrax Teach Abroad, which is a job placement and support program. There is a cost of $1900 USD associated with it, and it promises a salary of 575.000 CLP. Has anyone heard of the program, or have any experience with it? I can't find much in the way of reviews online.

Thanks!

Don't pay for a job. Sounds extremely dodgy.

Wow...you could have a very nice time in Latin America for a month or two with $1900. Or you could get an impressive initial teaching certificate that will serve you for years to come (CELTA).

I don't know what's up with these pay for a job schemes in Chile and would echo Don Alan - don't pay for a job.

Take what Don Alan said and multiply it by what Spanglish said. With that result you only have the tip of the biggest iceberg in the world that below the water is screaming: DON'T F***ING GO ANYWHERE NEAR THAT CHARGES YOU TO WORK WITH/FOR THEM.
