| Repression continues. 8 dissidents were sentneced to life imprisonment the other day. We hear lots about Libya and Syria. No much on the news about the repression in Bahrain. |

Bahrain is a fine little place as long as you agree with the ruling family.
I�ve been several times and fell in love with the Gulf Gate Hotel (not the Gulf Hotel). Thobes and pints of Heineken together seemed so incongruous! Very friendly were the policeman and the young ladies from the Phillippines. |
