Going rate for teaching jobs in Bulgaria is not enough to live on. At a provincial university I was paid at the rate of 2Bulgarian Leva per contact hour. That is 1 Euro. So if you want to go and teach in Bulgaria take oodles of money with you. You will not earn enough to live.
That is why I am back in the Middle East. |

This is a bit like the post elsewhere in which some guy (gal ?) is complaining that he is out of pocket every month teraching in the Dominican Republic. Economics would suggest that this is not wise. If you are going to sell your labor power get a decent price for it !!! That means NOT going to teach in some countries !!!
How do I get a job in the Middle East ? Or some place I can save ?
