I applied twice on line and never got a reply. I am American so there shouldn't have been a problem. I later heard they aren't interested in people who have worked in Qatar. Well, they are learning the hard way.

HCCQ appears to be a success.

Still going through its teething pains but much better than last year, so it is being said. One of my pals knows people there and he says the Dean was the main problem but they are fixing things. He reports the students are happy - which is very important. Good luck. I lived in Houston for 6 months once - hot, humid but full of fun!
