Qatar Gas mainly hires locally - ladies who are on their husband's sponsorship. They have very few in-house teachers from what I know.
QP direct-hire is a better bet - google Qatar Petroleum and check out the job advertisements. QP direct-hire is not too bad - the pay is good and so is the accomodation. Those of us who worked for contractors were not given such a good deal.
