To cut to the chase:

All I've got is a BA in English from a US university, plus a strong desire to get out of the U.S. for an extended period of time.

With these minimal qualifications, how much luck do various folks out there think I'll have finding work at survivalble/tolerable wages in Santiago, vs. B.A?

The only place I've been to in SA so far is Buenos Aires, and I love the city, it's up there with Paris to me, but it seems clear that tecahing ESL there is very catch-as-catch can.

Any opinons?
