I PMed you.

1.) Do you care about visas? If not, then you shoudl be fine. With a BA and as a native speaker, you'll find jobs. As for good ESL and EFL books, Murphy is good for grammar as is Swan. You might want to check out your local library and take a look at books students use as well. Maybe see if you can observe some classes, libraries might have classes for immigrants. Or the local community centre.

2.) Lima, Arequipa, Trujillo, Piura, and Cusco.

3.) Good Smile You'll probably pullin about 5 to 10 an hour, maybe about 600 a month depending on hours and cancelled classes. 600 is fine for Lima if you budget very well.

4.) No problem, Ica, I think has a large black population. The fact that you're not blond haired and blue eyed might hinder you being hired, but probably not as much as it would in Asia. You've got an American last name, right? And a US degree? That should be enough.

5.) All of those cities mentioned above have decent night lives.
