I am thinking about going back to school and getting a physical education degree (licensed pe teacher).

Do International Schools hire PE teachers?

Would like to teach in Colombia

this is a link to an article from the international educator about the qualifications needed to teach in an international school. Several people in the comments section asked about jobs for PE teachers, in a nutshell, they answered that yes, there are jobs in international schools for PE teachers.

All International Schools hire PE teachers. Some of them though only hire local hires for that job. It depends on the school. Most that I have seen in Central America hire both International Teachers and local hires for PE positions. You should not have a problem getting a job, assuming you get some experience first in the states. Although even without it, you could pull it off if you looked hard enough.
