LD - from what I understand of the hierarchy at CNAQ - some might argue that it is an Arab run institution in many respects. |

CNAQ keeps getting bad reports but I've heard a lot of good things. Not least they are very successful with most of their programs, something that CCQ should emulate. |

Based on your question in another thread, you are not in education. This is a discussion board for EFL teachers. We know nothing about other fields... neither salaries nor requirements of employers. I suspect that you would need to go to some recruiter in the Philippines to learn about this unless you have some family that are already in one of the Gulf countries.

If he has contacts in the Filipino community, he would be more likely to be able to find out the details that you need to know.
