I don't think Anglo-Americans are per se any more interested in this than other nationalities. But the propaganda machines of their military-industrial complex certainly are. And this can whip a lot of them up. What better way to distract the proles? Even better than the appropriately named Big Brother type shows. Ah, had Clinton been a French president his electorate would have cheered his infidelities, if they'd even noticed them.... |

Sasha has it right. It is not Americans, especially not the Angoloids. It is a world wide phenomenon to distract from what is actually happening. Media is media, and they give the people horrible stories day after day.

It is relevant because people are wondering why.
Why was Arnold willing to destroy his marriage and devastate his family? And for what?
The wife of Tiger Woods was a gorgeous Swedish model. The women, he reportedly had affairs with, were as young and beautiful as his wife. (Just google images of Jamie Grubb and Raychel Coudriet.)
People are shocked at Arnold. But not so much at Tiger.

I am not entertained by Schwarzenegger's troubles. I am simply fascinated.
It's fascinating how a man who has everything, could end up with almost nothing.
