A general warning about Santis Educational Services in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Don't work there.
Generally low salary, individual treatment approaches comparison with factory workers in China, and the moral in this particular center is rather low. Add in the visa issues you'll face, the take anyone with a white face attitude, and the general high cost of living in Ulaanbaatar, and you have a WINNING combination.
