Age group?
Big hours in a language school for better pay or less work and more of a China experience in public sector?
Language schools recruit (and lose) staff all year round.
Public sector does main recruitment for Sept 1 start and finishing beginning of July. |

Sorry to be a negative nelly, but the vast majority of jobs in China require a degree, teaching cert, teaching experience and for you to be at least 23 years of age. For instance, i would call my Uni a good school for new teachers, and we require all 4 things.
Can you get a job without these things; yes, because China's a huge country and different provinces have different rules.
It is the government, not the schools that require these things. Otherwise the big chains would have jobs for the first 100,000 white English speakers with the capability to not collapse in a drunken stupour in the middle of classes.
Will you get a job in a good starter school? The odds are not in your favour. |
