|
|
Hello, some advice needed here.
I have signed a contract with company x to work in China. I'm yet to leave my country and I don't have my work visa. I did sign a contract though.
Will there be any major issues? It's not like the contract actually has legal status in China. The reason for my reversal of decision is due to a few red flags about the company. I don't think I intend to work in China for the foreseeable future due to a few key circumstances happening back home. Thanks. |

Did they send you an invitation letter to get your visa? Even if they did, just tell them you have an emergency and can't come. |

No, they were due to start this process after the Spring Festival. They might go ahead with it against my will. |

If you tell them you're not coming they'll cancel your application, you're under no obligation to come if you don't want to.
And they won't continue with your application, it costs them money! |
