Not sure about that Nomad Soul, Edex and McGill seem to take on anyone who breathes and no doubt there are more. |
Yeah, but working in the Kingdom for a sketchy outfit like EdEx, ICEAT, etc., can also have the opposite effect: overeating! |
In what sense are they sketchy?... |

I'm going to give it a try in the Kingdom. I get a free gym membership where I will be living and figure that there won't be much to do except work out. |
Come back to Hoth! Snowing on spring break! Good times! |

You lose weight by reducing your intake of calories. I cannot see how the country you are in is relevant ! |

A typical meal in Scotland,
Aperitif: 1 litre bottle of White Lightning
En-tree: Tube of Pringles
Main course: Chip Butty
Dessert: Deep fried Mars Bar |

I'm on a calorie deficit atm...its more about lifestyle really...
In Georgia a lot bread, cheesy bread, dumplings and more importantly lots of spirits...not a great place is your cutting...
If your building muscle you have significantly more freedom with what you can eat and drink than when your losing weight...
Some countries have staple diets good for fat loss...while others don't...lack of alcohol in the Middle East helps...
I agree that you can be disciplined anywhere and thus lose weight anywhere...just some places are easier to be disciplined in than others...

Then they wash it down with a couple of cans of Tennents Super Lager.
But seriously, Scotland is a leader when it comes to heart disease and bowel cancer. This will all change, of course, with Independence. |

It's odd but I put on weight in the Gulf and did more sport there than anywhere I've ever been; squash, five aside, cycling and weights...still put on a stone!
The restaurants in the gulf are good.....and the heat screws with your metabolism I reckon. |
