If you want to teach children, why don't you get a qualifiaction; B.Ed or a degree and then a post-grad teaching certificate?
The quality of education a child receives in compulsory schooling determines its future. Isn't a teaching qualification a requirement in schools in Australia, and if so, why should Dubai or anywhere else be less stringent? |

The HCT and UAE University have programs, all the way up to the BA level, preparing young nationals for teaching children. It's called TEYL: teaching ENglish to Young Learners. It is taken quite seriously. Also, there are plenty of highly qualified people in Dubai teaching children. |
