I've found I lack motivation of late, and was wondering if any of you fine teachers are familiar with websites that offer good expositions of teaching methodology.
I live in Inner Mongolia so actual books are rather hard to come by

Can you tell us something about your educational background and certification type so we have a better idea of what to recommend? Depending on your qualifications, you may have already read some books which are readily available in English from amazon.cn

I've got a non-education bachelor's degree (International Studies) and a bog-standard TESOL. I've read books about methodology before, and have had training workshops in methodology at my last job.

I suggest looking at this section of the TESOL site for a review of basics of methodology and the various readings, discussions and resources at the BBC / British Council Teaching English site.
