I have a webcam interview with somebody from the IPA coming up. Any advice on what to say/not say?

Don't tell him you posted his name on the internet. In fact, I'd suggest that you edit or remove your post so you won't be exposing him to unwanted attention.
As to your question, he's a good guy and he will play straight with you. You can play things pretty straight with him. However, you have already received some good general advice on this topic, and I'd suggest applying it.
