I am planning on moving to Cartagena in hopes of finding a teaching position. I have been unsuccessful with applying online. It seems that e-mail exchanges are not the primary communication. Has anyone blindly moved to Cartagena and found a job on foot? Any suggestions?

Slim pickings in Cartagena. Be prepared to run out of money and patience. Anticipate having to leave and head to Bogota for greener pastures.
