I recently completed a DPP contract, on the insistence of the employer, despite having my zivno licence.

That meant that there were considerable deductions for tax, health insurance and social insurance, though I pay these directly.

I have now received statements from both VZP and the social insurance office, noting no contributions from the employer.

Surely, these should have been credited to my account, if deducted from my pay. I have asked the organisations' finance office but haven't received a reply, after two weeks.

Can anyone help me with this?

Would it make any difference at all if I said this was an organisation with an extremely high reputation - one that should be able to deal with this stuff, professionally to the highest level (though that's not reflected in their dealings)?

I do have my tax declaration, stating the deductions - just nothing to indicate that I have been credited with the payments. Also my rodine cislo is blank, which would presumable mean it couldn't be attached to my account.
