I want to advise any teachers to stay away from Ethio-Parents School in Addis Ababa. This is an untrustworthy school that treats its employees in a sub-standard and callous manner. The school cannot be trusted to honor its contract and on several items including salary, accommodation, working hours – the school mis-leads and lies to its employees. The school administration is thoroughly incompetent and incapable of handling both minor (acquiring basic household items) and major (processing work permits) requests.
If you are hoping to teach in Addis, the only real option is the International Community School (ICS) which is a professional outfit.
