Hello,
I'm a newbie on here and apologies if this job wanted thread is in the wrong place.
I am in Europe teaching in a school. I teach EAL anf MFL. I have A CELTA and Degree/PGCE.
I would like to teach EFL in Thailand in June/July. Is this possible.?
Anybody know who might have a vacancy like this for a couple of months?
Thank you very much.

lol... that was just funny.
It is NOT the summer break here at that time so "camp" jobs don't exist.
(The new school year starts in May so by the time you arrive schools are looking at mid term exams).
Fly in and hit up the language academies. You can usually pick up work but it won't likely be enough over 2 months to cover your airfare in and out much less your living expenses and border runs.
It certainly won't come with a visa or work permit so anything you do get will be illegal and under the table.

Hello there,
Checkout ajarn.com...they sometimes advertise for P/T jobs in June, July & August every year. Otherwise be prepared to hit the pavement looking for work then here for the three months. Average pay at EFL language schools here in the BIG mango are around Baht 300/Hour with no other benefits. Good luck! |
