Is it possible to work in Hong Kong but live in Shenzhen? How does that work? |

No takers, huh? Well maybe i need to explain things again. What I am eluding to is if you have a job in Hong Kong but live in Shenzhen, what kind of visa will you need? I know that the hong kongnese go over to china everyday and come home at night. So there has to be somekind of arrangement that is made for Shenzheners too. |

If you're even THINKING of doing as many border crossings as your post seems to indicate, you will need one heckuva lot more patience than you have shown waiting for an answer to your post.
If you are a Hong Kong passport / Home Return Permit holder, then it might be practical to live cross border.
A Hong Kong work visa does NOT entitle you to reside in the Big Place up north; you would also need a resident permit for SZ (virtually impossible to get without an employment, student, or documented business visa for mainland), a very fat passport (HK no longer stamps passports, but mainland does, both for entry and exit). and heaps of patience for the two way border crossing daily. |
