Guys I need your kind advise....i am leaving Oman for good and my employer has a history of playing around with final settlements of people who leave....

my final settlement will include gratuity and some accumulated annual leaves....what can be done if employer refuses to give final settlement or plays tricks like psot dated cheques, etc ....

How good is the Ministry of Manpower in these issues? i heard if you complaint then to resolve the case might take as long as 1 year and you are stuck with no job and trapped.

Can someone please give me a good suggestion that what can be done if I am stuck in similar situation? Embarassed
