Do we have to get our teacher certifications apostilled, in addition to our diploma? My degree is in English/Spanish but doesn't mention anything about being licensed to teach, but I am licensed by the State of Texas.
The agency that the school retains for this says no, and I suppose they ought to know, but since I'm in the process of getting this done, I'd like some other input.
Thanks in advance. |

I tend to agree with the agency, but you should really check with the school to be certain.
Typically, immigration is looking for the degree to simply say 'English' on it. I've not seen it before that they wanted to state license. |

Thanks, Guy. My wife's degree is in Spanish with a minor in English. I'll make sure her transcript says that, or else include her teaching cert.
The school doesn't require the cert, as it's a bilingual colegio, not an international school. |
