what does it all mean?

... trying to navigate the Magic Crayons website www.magiccrayons.com (which is a great site!) but don't see any key to explain the different age group level names.
Tried emailing the site host, but got no response.

I'm teaching kindergarten here in China,
could you help guide me as to what these age groups are referred to as?

much thanks from behind the Great Fire Wall Very Happy

In most Japanese preschools, the kids are put into groups based on their age when the school year starts (April ). The 3 groups are:

Nen Cho (年長; Older, 5 years old at the start of the school year)
Nen Chu (年中; Middle, 4 years old)
Nen Sho (年少; Youngest, 3 years old)

FYI, the link you wrote doesn't go to a real site (just a placeholder) -- I'm guessing the right site is http://www.themagiccrayons.com/.

nen chu (4 yrs.. ) - more developed and can CHOOse better.
