I've been invited to an interview at TESOL Arabia, but before accepting, I'd like to know more about the benefits. If I recall correctly from the TESOL Arabia job posting page (this web site page is down and apparently will be for several more days), the salary ranges from USD 56K to 79K. Who gets 79K Only Ph.D.s? I don't have a Ph.D., but I have a pretty solid resume otherwise. Is there any chance at a salary over 70K?

And can anyone answer a question about insurance? I'm sure health insurance is provided for employees, but could I pay extra for coverage of my family in the US?

For those with PhDs teaching Theoretical Small Particle Physics, maybe. For EFLERS no way.
