Well obviously this whole event is about more than individuals rocking up looking for jobs-but some people are attending the event for this purpose-if they can apply online, send scanned documents online, have interviews online [via Skype of example] why pay $90 to meet the recruiters/ employers 'face to face' as it were? If this method of application gives them an advantage then I guess the payment of $90 is justified but people I've talked to about this seemed very disgruntled by the whole event. |

A face-to-face interview is always best... for both sides, but especially for those who interview well but whose CV is ordinary.
Those who don't get the job they wanted will naturally feel that it was a waste of money... those who do will feel that it was worth it.
