Transfer between colleges-with the same recruiter/ sponsor is possible-but they don't often do this.....when a vacancy exists within one of the colleges they [the recruiters]will try to fill this with a 'fresh face'-new hire, rather than transfer somebody, even if they have requested it....the reason,more money for the recruiters from placing a new hire! |

Not to mention, your transfer request has to be approved from the school you're transferring from. Good luck with that. The few teachers I know who tried got nowhere. |

I know two who transferred from Rustaq to Sohar, one who went from Rustaq to Ibri, one from Rustaq to Nizwa and one from Rustaq to Salalah! All at the end of the year though. |

If the guy likes a drink-if it's who I think it is, then Ibri is preferable to Rustaq-which sounds like a concentration camp... |
