Can someone give me the location of the tax office in Ist. to get your tax number. The one is Taksim is closed. I heard there is one near Osmanbey but no idea where it is.

If you just stick in Vergi Dairesi + the section of the city you're in, you can most likely find an address. Try this site in advance.
