I was very sad to hear that your wife dumped you oh well it sounds like you will be leaving vietnam in search of a place off the beaten track remember there is always something positive in everything you now no longer need a new work permit our prayers go out to you and your former wife best of luck luke

You're a real piece of work, aren't you? I don't know why it's any of your business, but I've never been married. I haven't been dumped. And I'm still quite happy with my lot in life, thanks very much.

But on the other hand, thanks for confirming for all of us that you really are he lowest form of human intelligence on these forums.

I am currently writing a magazine article on teaching English in Vietnam. I hope to include stats on TEFL qualified teachers who bite the dust in Vietnam. It's an easy place to get chewed up and spat out if one is not careful. Any ideas on the numbers? Thanks in advance.

PS I decided to use complete sentences etc so posters can't take the piss out of me about writing a magazine article etc. But this is the first and last post because it's too time consuming on an iphone.

I've heard lots of rumors about teachers getting caught and busted for illegal teaching, but never seen or heard of first hand account.
