Wondering how you collected the information to support that claim . Very Happy

Are you suggesting that there is some sort of positive correlation between one's TEFL credentials/experience and one's morals?

My first TEFL job was in a post in the region with zero experience (yes, the bar for entry was very low). I completed my year's contract with absolutely no issues, and was one of only a handful of teachers who were asked to return (I didn't, due to increasing insecurity in the country). All this whilst a colleague with 12 years' experience did a midnight runner. Another with almost 20 years' experience quit after a month. A distinguished gentleman with over 40 years teaching EFL was fired after a few months, due to his perceived inability to teach. On the flip side, a couple teachers with minimal, to no experience, were also dismissed. All this to say that your assertion holds no water, in my humble opinion.

Based on six years on the ground, in several programs often mentioned here, John. Very un-scientific I assure you.

Well, at least it's not "groundless." Very Happy
