Among other things, you get BridgeTEFL's 120 hour online cert and placement in one of 50 cities in China. The salary advance would be helpful. Pay is 12-13000 RMB a month, but it looks as though you have to pay separately for accommodation. 40 hours a week looks like a lot. Is that likely to include office hours plus prep?
I do have TEFL experience and some relevant qualifications, but want a job with some formal training. It's a pity there's no teaching practice component here, but I could rectify that later with a standalone course.
I'd appreciate any comments.

Speaking specifically to the transferability of BridgeTEFL outside of China later!! Not much - the program has a rep as significantly substandard to a CELTA and a standalone TP component won't save it.
Might be absolutely fine for inside China, though, so far as I know. No doubt others more knowledgeable will weigh in on this! |
