Hi, I wanted to know if a non-native English speaker could possibly find a teaching job in UAE (I am talking of course about teaching English). Say, if I have a University Degree (equal to MA) in Philology and Teaching English as a Second Language and 9 years of teaching experience, but I am not a native English speaker, what would be my chances?

I would say they are good. I have known lots of NNSs who taught in the UAE. Read the ads and, most importantly, be in the right place at the right time. That means TESOL Arabia or TESOL (the BIG one), or start sending out resumes in late Fall. The UAE will be tougher to get into now that KSA has become a free-fire zone.
