|

I'm seriously considering a teaching position at this school, but would really like to find out more, both positive and negative about the school, how it's run and any other information that can help me make an informed decision.
Can anyone out there help me on this? |

Everything that I have read has been negative...
That's all I know. NONE of the Professors (that I know of) at AUS send their kids there. That might be a little telling. |

Dear JCMach1,
If the AUS instructors don't send their children to SAIS, where do they send them? I will be moving to Sharjah soon and I need to find a suitable school for my child. Dubai American School will take him, but they want AED 50,000+ for the 5th grade. My tuition allowance will be substantially less than that, which means I would be several thousand dollars out of pocket. Is there a good alternative to SAIS in the city of Sharjah that won't break the bank? Any info you might be able to offer would be greatly appreciated.
Best,
