If you are renting, this is usually included - even internet in most cases these days, I think.

I wouldn't commit to anything sight-unseen; most landlords will want at least a 12-month commitment. You can pay up to 3-4,000 for all services, especially if you want more than basic television. But not necessarily.

Personally, I'd go for an all-inclusive rent for the first year, probably, unless I totally liked a place very much for some reason. Keep it simple.
