Hello, I have an interview with ITJ in Guadalajara and they've asked me for my expected salary. What should I say? What's a decent salary for there?
Thanks |

They offered 14000 pesos gross. Is that an OK salary? |

Well, that depends on many things such as how many hours you're in the classroom per week, your transportation costs if you are assigned classes off-site, whether or not you get weekends and public holidays off, etc. But, based on what I've seen others report, it's probably within the range of what you can realistically expect for a first entry-level job in Mexico. I'll leave to others who are more familiar with your specific area to advise you whether or not that's on the low or high end of the range. |

It's on the low side, even for Guadalajara.
What are the benefits like? Housing, flight, etc? |
