Are there many good jobs across the middle east teaching children? I only really see college/university jobs mentioned on here. |

They exist. In fact, the UAE has more international schools than any other country.
You'll need to have both your degree major and teaching license/cert in the same subject (e.g., a math degree and license to teach math). Plus, most positions require 1-2 years of k-12 teaching experience gained in your home country. Be aware that online qualifications are not accepted for Qatar, KSA, Kuwait, and Bahrain. The UAE may reject online teaching qualifications (for k-12). Egypt might be a bit flexible in terms of qualifications but visas are an issue.
Teach Away does a lot of recruiting for the Gulf but you can apply directly to schools. |

Just to expand... The UAE has never accepted online credentials for K-12. They used to accept for university level.
Since the two Ministries have merged, it is not yet known if and how this rule may have changed.
