Assuming you are NOT a Filipino...
If you have a 13a visa then it is all good.
You are legal to work so make your best deal...
You have legal recourse if any problems arise.
If you do not have a 13a then you do know that legal work is not an option nor is there any recourse after the fact. They are NOT able to provide a work visa.
IF you are married to a Pinay and just cruising through on a Balikbayan stamp or multiple extensions on a tourist entry then the work is not legal (but they won't care).
If you ARE a Filipino, then it is work.
