Thanks Delphian. There are still exams going on. The next are September 3 and 4. The English-langauge version of the website is out of date, but the Polish one is up to date. I've let them know, so they will update it maybe when someone comes back from holiday!

Any UK passport holder is entitled to dual Polish citizenship under the MoI guidelines:

It is worth looking at this option if you're planning to stay in Poland longer term but don't want to give up your UK passport OR lose your status in Poland!
