The documentation is up to you, not the school. If they want to hire you, and are ABLE to hire you. They need to issue you a letter, that's it. The rest is up to you. If they can't, or won't (which usually ends up being the same thing) move on to the next place. Or work illegally. Simple as that. |

The documentation is up to you, not the school. If they want to hire you, and are ABLE to hire you. They need to issue you a letter, that's it. The rest is up to you. If they can't, or won't (which usually ends up being the same thing) move on to the next place. Or work illegally. Simple as that. |
I don't agree with this. Nothing can happen unless the school is a) authorized to hired foreigners and registered to do so with INM, and b) makes an offer and submits it for successful authorization. The employee never actually sees the letter as it goes straight to INM...all you get is the piece number once authorized.
By that, I wouldn't say it's up to Jason and not the school...the reverse, at least until the first steps are done. |

| So the question is, what universities are authorized to carry out that documentation by the INM? Does anyone know? |

Well, I guess it was a given in my mind, that if they give him the letter it is because they are authorized. And when he says documentation, it sounds like he is expecting it to be a pile of papers, which isn't the case on the schools end, but might be on his end. I could be wrong. |
