Hi folks,
I was supposed to send money from Saudi to England according to the exchange rate of Her Majesty Revenue and Customs. Then, I was requested to send it according to the exchange rate of Bank of England.
Is there any difference between both? |

er... what?
you are deciding the rate you exchange this currency at? Usually whoever does the transaction decides that.
... or are you a very amateur currency trader  |
