If you're looking to be hired and then told a few weeks later there is no work, or start work and not be fully paid, or work for a semester then have your contract rescinded, then come to Lakeland University Japan. They hold teachers like a sieve holds water. |

Yes, they want a Phd, but because they can't always get one they will hire an MA, cheap them on pay, yet keep looking for a Phd. to replace the MA. After they find a Phd, he or she will start - usually a newbie - only to leave when they realize there are much better places to work. Then they start the cycle all over again. |

So you got stiffed, eh?
PM me with the details, I had considered applying for one of the many current openings there. Or maybe you can post your story here so that anyone thinking about applying for one of those positions can benefit from learning about your experience.
So it's basically a senmon foreign language and culture school, yeah? Kind of like Kanda Gaigo Gakuin, then. |
