CCQ no longer has job openings posted. They apparently collected CVs during TESOL Arabia's job fair a couple of weeks ago. Here are their requirements:

Qualifications
Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in English / Applied Linguistics / TEFL / TESL / ELT, with PGCE or certified teaching qualification. Photocopy of college transcript showing degree conferred must be submitted with CV, along with copies of all degrees and any other professional certificates.
Experience
Minimum of two years of college level teaching experience in an academic ESL program required and/or a combination of teaching and mentoring in ESOL, plus three to ten years of related work experience, with additional experience in curriculum development. Part-time experience will be counted as half of full-time experience. Candidates should endeavour to provide experience certificates from their most recent employers. |
If you're serious about snagging a direct-hire position in the Gulf, I suggest you plan to attend the job fair next year (March 2018) in Dubai. |

Try doing the search again with the proper name... there is a huge difference in what comes up. 
A full page of threads versus about 4 threads...
