Westgate is, like most companies in Japan, a mixed bag.
The upside: They will set you up with an apartment. Rent deducted from your salary. Some other comapnies will offer "apartment assistance" which is little more than showing you some websites where you can find apartments. The rest of the work is your responsibility.
The downside: Westgate has a high turnover. Their teachers work for them anywhere from 4 months to 2 years. Don't expect a long term job. But, you can use this to your advantage by looking for your next job while employed with them.
In conclusion: Westgate is okay, but don't expect a long term job. |
